This is for a PAIR of front mud flap end caps for the SR5 model Toyota 4Runner. This is designed to fill in the fender gap created when the factory running boards are removed from the 1996-1998 4Runner. These are made of ABS plastic from a 3D printer. They are sanded and smoothed to hide most of the 3D printing lines. They are printed in black then chemically smoothed for strength and appearance. A coat of black plastic primer with 3 coats of flat black paint over that is used. No hardware provided. Use the factory hardware that was used to attach the running boards to the fender flares.
